The Coaching experience is a two-fold journey that involves both the inner and outer aspects of your life

Your thoughts, both conscious and unconscious, are the foundation of your life. Your beliefs, attitudes, and actions—which build your life—are an extension of your thoughts.

Cultivating an awareness of your thoughts and learning to be selective and deliberate with your attention gives you the power to change your life.

Meditation supports your inner life

We are habitually distracted.  Constantly processing an overwhelming flow of thoughts, our minds become cluttered and unfocused.

Meditation teaches the mind to find inner stillness amid the busyness of your everyday life.

The practice of meditation teaches you concentration and awareness, instilling calm and still moments in your day that blossom into a way of life.

During meditation, as you become aware of muscular tension throughout our body you learn how to then consciously release that tension by the inhale and exhale of your breath.

Meditation delivers this awareness and control to the mind, enabling us to observe where our attention is and to focus it where we choose
