Intention Setting

Our intentions can have a powerful part to play in our life.  What can an intention bring to your life?

I recently had a new vision of myself after overcoming some current fears in my life. The vision gave me a breath of inspiration to set a strong intention to bring about this into my life as only an occurence but as an everyday reality.

You might be in a similiar place in your life where you have a desire to be or become more confident and abundant. Your abudance is waiting for your with your intention to bring it forth. There are many intentions if you look back over history.   In the Bible there was the 7 days of walking around the wall before it crumbled, 40 days and 40 nights that Jesus spent in the desert. There has been countless times where countires, governments, religions, and organizations have used a certain amount of days to hold a strong intention for their desire to manifest.

Whatever you desire most in your life right now, I challenge you to set a number of days that you will have rituals in place that energetically connect you with your desire.  For me, I have said yes to taking a bigger step into my greatness and I have recently set an intention for 21 days.  For 21 days I will meditate, affirm “I am the presence of love” 21 times, chant Ohm Mah Nay Padmay hum (which is a chant that opens compassion) 21 times, and write I am the presence of love 21 times.  All this has a list of things that I am calling forth in my life and with the practice and consistency I intend to become my vision.

Set your own intention today to stop something old, start something new, or create something that you’ve never experienced.  The more consistent we are with watering the seeds to our garden the better our time of harvest is upon the day of abundance.
