Prosperity With A Disciplined Mind

You may have in the last year have undertaken one of the most challenging years of your life. Whether it be economy related, loss of a loved one, health struggles, or something else. I have met many people that are in one of the most difficult times of their life.

Prosperity is a result of a mental atmosphere of faith and order induced within us through right thinking. We should believe that the Universe is planned for abundance, and that we as a living part of the universal intelligence have a share in the general riches.  Lack of supply to meet our needs is an indication of lack of spiritual development. The more we understand ourselves as spiritual beings living in a spiritual universe the more that supply flows to us easily and naturally.  The disciplined mind can demonstrate prosperity, for it has provided the orderly channels necessary for its abundance.

Keeping a Prosperous and Abundant mindset during the times of chaos is important. As we are beginning to understand more and more that our thoughts create our total reality. The more abundant our thoughts are the more likely we are to attract abundance into our life.  Although you may have experienced that when you are in a tough time it is the most difficult time to think abundantly. So how can we train our mind to to think positive and prosperous thoughts even in nasty times?

1. Make a list of the things you are grateful for. Start to expand your list from the obvious things to the things that many people take for granted. Such as being grateful for your heart that pumps your blood, the air that gives you life, the sun or moon for all they give, the person that smiled at you while you were at the grocery store or bank. As you start to look for things to be grateful for, more blessings start showing up in your life. You are thinking in gratitude so you will recieve more to be grateful for.

2. Spirtitual Practice- Meditation and Prayer are two spiritual practices that will allow you to dive deeper into your own personal Truth. You will discover through meditation what is holding you back and how to move through it with abundance. Finding your own personal way to meditate is important. There is no right or wrong way to meditate. There are also many things you can learn about meditation through a google search.

3. Get Involved in Charity- There are many organizations that are in need of volunteers to help with patients, paperwork, and a new energy in the office. Locate a cancer, aids, hospice, chilrens hospital, churches, and many others. Being in an environment where you are able to be of service to those with diseases or struggles it gives you a new sense of life and humbles you in all that your going through. It also helps to take your mind off your own personal problems and feel connected to others.
