Mind, Body, and Spirit

I recently got back from China last week and it seems that each trip away I’m always learning something profound and never expected which is probably why its so profound to me.

I realized this trip more than just intellectually but actually experientially the importance to have balance between mind, body, and spirit. So many people are trying to get their ideal career figured out or find their divine lover, in fact I have been one of those seekers for over 4 years and also a coach helping others find that, but without the inner balance of mind, body, spirit none of that matters.

I’m not saying that spending time aligning yourself with your highest passion or affirming your intended life, but so many people can accomplish finding a new career or a new partner with great ease, however finding inner balance not just occasionally but where it becomes your way of living each moment of each day.

Where your body is getting the stretching, exercise, and healthy foods. Where you are aware that you are not your thoughts and not letting your thoughts run your life but you being the observer of your thoughts and choose to live each day with grace and joy. And where your spiritual divinity is connected with meditation, prayer, and giving of your compassion and service to others at all times.

These are just a few things that go into these three areas but if we were to all focus on getting peace and balance in these areas then the rest of our life would just naturally flow.

Say your scared about not making enough money….are you more likely to attract that money staying tense, scared, and in fear…OR….are you more likely to attract the money if your taking care of yourself mentally, physically, and spiritually?

Don’t let your finances be an excuse for taking care of your body. We were designed to be in balance and its our beliefs systems that get us away from our naturally place.

So spend some time in this moment asking yourself, what would bring me joy and happiness now? And now ACT!
